HISTORY
Don Rauchenberg started building new homes in the Morongo Basin as "Holiday Ranch Homes" in 1962.
Then in 1976, Don's son Monte Rauschenberg took over the business and continued building New homes as well as building and restoring numerous commercial projects throughout southern California and the Morongo Basin. Holiday Ranch Homes was transformed into Rauschenberg Construction & Restoration when Monte's sons Clint & Neil Rauchenberg joined him in the family business. Continuing to build new homes Rauchenberg Construction and Restoration added a full service Wind, Water, and Fire Damage restoration team to their list of services, as well as Carpet Cleaning.
Currently owned and operated by 3rd generation builders, Rauchenberg Construction and Restoration provides complete restoration services. And continues to build quality homes under our family name, For almost 50 years Rauschenberg Construction and Restoration. |
